What Is The Best Way To Find An Air Mattress Leak?
I paid about $60 for this mattress so I don’t want toss it out. Over the course of one night sleeping on it I’m nearly on the ground, not comfortable. It is a higher style one, imagine two mattress on top of each other, queen size. I actually super glued the quick deflate valve to the mattress because it seemed like it was leaking air from there, do I can inflate fine and deflate very slowly. I’m guessing there should be a leak elsewhere. So do I hose the whole thing down or what?
Can An Air Mattress Deflate Without A Leak?
I have a Queen coleman raised air mattress, I use it as my normal bed so I Always have it full. It was doing fine but a bit saggy in the middle so I aired it up a bit and since then it has been deflating, over night it will last about 1 hour before I wake up on the floor. I have read all tips found on the internet about how to find a leak in a air mattress and can not find a leak. I did see a post on one site that suggested the mattress plastic was worn out and might possibly seem to be leaking. Any help, or thoughts would be a great help.

I have a queen size inflatable ” high” mattress with a leak that keeps letting much of the air our where I have to keep inflating it with the manufacurer’s electric built in pump. I tried spraying it thouroughly with soapy water – but could not locate the leak. The manufacturer says try Walmart or Target, but I doubt seriously they have this leak detector. Does someone know exactly where I can get one?
How Can I Plug A Leak In A Very Large Air Mattress?
We have a very large air mattress – queen size, double height – that sprung a leak. It was very slow at first, but now it’s far worse … you’re down in a big sink hole by morning!
I think it’s really too big to try to figure out where the leak is and patch it with a vinyl patch. (Already tried to find the leak – couldn’t.) Anyone have experience with other products? Something like Fix-a-Flat that I could spray into the air nozzle?
